SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA HAS MOVED INTO YELLOW TIER ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 19, 2021 until JUNE 15, WHEN THE STATE EXPECTS TO FULLY REOPEN ITS ECONOMY.

SIGNAGE POSTED AT HOME ENTRANCE AND THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY.

  • Do Not Enter if you have COVID-19, have a fever, feeling sick or have been in contact with anybody having COVID-19
  • Maintain a minimum of six-foot distance from others, including in line.
  • Sneeze and cough into a cloth or tissue, or into your elbow.
  • Face coverings/masks are still required indoors in California until June 15 when the state expects to fully reopen its economy.
  • Do not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary physical contact.
  • Do not touch anything you do not intend to purchase.
  • Frequent hand washing performed by Team Members with soap and water, masks and gloves worn, sanitizers used.
  • Businesses may increase their indoor capacity. Please practice social distancing between members of different households while attending an Estate Sale. Capacity issues are dependent on the tier of the county where the specific house is located.

  • Clean Outs with the Full House performed for donations.

We do everything to help you prepare to move your belongings and expedite your home sale. We conduct Estate Sales, perform Clean Outs with Individual Sales, Clean Outs with Full House Donations. Everything in the house is then donated to fulfil the needs of the communities we serve through our partnerships, we connect you to Auction Houses for appraisals and consignment of high-end valuables and may recommend consignment of furniture or other accessories to a local Consignment Center. Additionally, we assist you in coordinating your move.
